We supply a wide variety of both digital and litho print, ranging from large format print to business stationery, leaflets and brochures. We work closely with our clients to develop a custom solution that best suits their needs
We produce a range of packaging, including boxes, folded cartons, and sleeves. We use die cutting to allow us to create custom shapes to suit your marketing needs, while still being able to mass-produce high-quality product as efficiently as possible
Print Finishing
Our extensive print finishing department offers specialist map folding and carton gluing, as well as standard print finishing operations. We have recently installed a B1 sized laminator, offering protection & enhancement to your printed products Now available Anti-Bacterial Laminate
Pick & Place
Printing Solutions offer a “Pick and Place” or “Tipping on” service, using state of the art equipment from Sigma and Herzog & Heymann. A vast array of flat or three dimensional objects including Coins, Teabags and Condoms can be applied to almost any substrate or carrier
We apply Cards, Leaflets, Fridge Magnets and Sachets in or off-line with other print finishing operations such as plow folding and gluing. We can also open the cover of a pre-printed magazine or folded section to apply the item inside, loose leaf or glued with peelable glue
Spot UV Varnish & Decorative Coatings
Make your printing stand out with decorative finishes and coatings. We can add spot gloss or matt UV varnish give the wow factor! Other finishes include film lamination, glitter varnish, re-moist glueing and latex for scratch cards
